How to Play Rules of Survival on PC Complete Guide

Rules of Survival is the biggest battle royale game to hit the Google Play Store by Netease Games. Along with Knives Out and Survivor Royale, Rules of Survival is a free Android and iOS game that places 120 players on a gigantic island map where only a single player (or team) can survive and win. This is 20 more players than PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, a popular PC game by PUBG Corporation.

Sadly, some Android devices and emulators were unsupported due to outdated hardware or software. However, some recent updates on two Android emulators for PC, Nox App Player 6.0.1.0 and MEmu 3.6.7, has fixed the “Rules of Survival currently doesn’t support emulators” error message.

How to Install and Play Rules of Survival on PC Guide

Step 1:

To begin you’ll need to download and install the Nox App Player from Bignox: bignox.com

You can install the MEmu Android emulator which also works: memuplay.com

In my experience, MEmu seems to run slightly better, but this depends on emulator and computer hardware settings.

Very important: If you choose MEmu then you will need to run it in Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Step 2:

Sign into the Google Play Store and search for Rules of Survival, then click Install. If you prefer not to sign in, you can instead download the Rules of Survival APK from APKPure: https://apkpure.com/rules-of-survival/com.netease.chiji

Step 3:

If you downloaded the APK file, then you’ll Need to install it using the emulator’s APK installer. This is very easy to do in Nox and in MEmu. If you installed the game through Google Play, then you can skip this step.

Step 4:

Launch the Android app. After it loads and downloads some resource files, it should take you to the main screen.

To ensure the game runs smoothly, you may need to adjust a few in-game settings. On the lobby screen, click on the gear icon in the bottom-right corner.

Go to the Operations tab. Make sure Scope Settings at Sniper Rifle is set to Traditional, and Vehicle Control to Comfort Mode.

Go to the Advance Settings tab. Switch to Classic Mode so you have a fixed joystick and fire button.

You should now be good to go here, but you can change any of the other settings to your personal preference.
